"Buenos días , mi esposo tenía asegurado,sus carros , vivienda ,y su seguro de vida ,fue cliente de ellos , paso a contarles ,teníamos una agente ,anterior que siempre llevaba a cargo las deligencia necesarias del seguro,pero en cuanto,la agente no está atendiendo ya en esa empresa,cogió otra agente ,con nombre María Castillo, en cuanto a ella ,mi esposo falleció,y cuando la llamamos a la Sra María para comunicarle del fallecimiento de mi esposo,el sobrino de mi esposo hablo con ella ,le dijo que en este caso ,como podíamos hacer para el pago y gastos funerarios y ella ,le supo decir que los pagué ,y que luego le enviará los recibos de los gastos , luego cuando nosotros hicimos eso ,empezamos a llamarla para enviarle los recibos del pago , ella nos salió diciendo que el seguro le había dicho que no lo podían ellos cubrir, osea con el seguro de vida que tenía contratado mi esposo en vida ,ella me dijo a mi ,yo que soy su esposa del fallecido,que ella iba hacer que me IVA hacer que descontarán del seguro de vida ,en partes iguales con las personas que mi finado esposo había puesto,bueno al final ella me salió diciendo que el seguro no lo aceptaba , así , después que ella mismo nos dijo que pagáramos y que le enviemos los recibos de pago al final ,iso su trabajo mal ,no se cómo está agencia puede tener un don de gente que no ,está cualificada, estoy con un descontento con la atención de esta sra ,y dejo en Constancia muy mal explicación por parte del está persona."

I loved dealing with her because she was so responsive and knowledgeable with all of my questions. "I’ve had both auto and renter’s insurance with State Farm, and their customer service has consistently been excellent. The staff is attentive, professional, and always willing to answer questions or help with policy details. I appreciate the reliability and the ease of handling claims or updates. However, I do want to express my disagreement with the high cost of their auto insurance, especially for liability-only coverage. The rates feel closer to what someone financing a new vehicle with a bank loan would pay, rather than what should be expected for basic liability protection. For this reason, the pricing structure doesn’t seem fair or competitive. Overall, State Farm provides solid service, but I hope they reconsider their auto insurance pricing to better reflect the actual level of coverage."
